Furniture Marketing for Chiniot Makers and Showrooms.

Chiniot furniture is known across Pakistan. Buyers still have to pick a workshop, and more of them now do that on a phone. We build the product pages, the Google Maps listing, the ads and the WhatsApp setup that put your work in front of them first.

  • No setup fee
  • No long contract
  • Ad spend paid straight to Google or Meta
THE PROBLEM

Why Good Furniture Still Goes Unfound.

The name Chiniot already sells. A family in Lahore furnishing a new house, or a buyer in Karachi who wants a carved bed set, will often start with the word Chiniot before they have chosen a single workshop.

What happens next decides who gets the order. They search. They open Google Maps. They scroll Facebook and Instagram. They ask a cousin to forward photos on WhatsApp. The workshop that shows up clearly, with good photos and a quick reply, gets the enquiry. The one with fifty years of skill and a listing that has no hours, no photos and an old phone number does not.

These are the gaps that cost furniture businesses the most:

None of this says anything about the quality of your work. It is a record problem, and a record can be fixed.

BUYER JOURNEYS

How Furniture Buyers Actually Search.

Three kinds of buyer reach a Chiniot furniture business. Each needs something different from you.

The local or nearby buyer.

They are in Chiniot, Jhang or Faisalabad and want a showroom they can visit. They search “furniture shop near me”, open Maps, look at the photos, check the hours and call. Your Google Business Profile does most of the work here.

The buyer from another city.

They live in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi or abroad. They search for a product, such as “sheesham bed set” or “wooden dining table”, then check Instagram and Facebook to see if the workshop is real. They message on WhatsApp for photos, sizes and delivery. Your product pages and social profiles do the work here.

The bulk or project buyer.

A hotel owner, an office fit-out, a marriage hall owner furnishing a venue, a builder with several houses. They want to see past work, ask about quantity and need a written quote. A clear page on custom and bulk orders helps them decide whether to contact you at all.

Most sites try to serve all three with one homepage. A better setup gives each of them a clear path.

PRODUCT PAGES

Product Pages That Google and Buyers Can Use.

Every main category you make should have its own page. Beds, dining sets, sofas, wardrobes, doors, carved panels, whatever your workshop is known for. One page for each, not one gallery for everything.

A useful product page has:

  • Clear photos from the same set of angles, with one close shot of the carving or joinery
  • The wood, for example sheesham or walnut, and the finish options
  • Sizes in feet and inches, and in centimetres for buyers abroad
  • Lead time for ready pieces and for made-to-order work
  • Delivery areas and how delivery is handled
  • A starting price or a price range, if you can share one. If the price depends on custom work, say that and say what changes it
  • A WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the product name already filled in

Write the text the way a buyer talks. “Six seater dining table in sheesham wood, made in Chiniot” beats a clever name nobody searches for. These pages are also what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read when someone asks where to buy Chiniot furniture, so clear facts count twice. Our AEO/GEO strategy page explains how that works.

You do not need a studio to start on photos. Natural light near a window or an open door, a plain wall, a steady phone and a short checklist of shots will do. If a proper shoot makes sense for your range, we can help plan and brief one. The pages themselves are built under our website design service.

LOCAL SEARCH

Google Maps and Local Search for Showrooms.

If you have a showroom, your Google Business Profile is the shop sign people see first. We set it up around how furniture buyers search.

  • Categories that say what you sell, such as furniture store or furniture manufacturer, chosen to match what you really do
  • Opening hours that are correct, including your Friday break and holiday changes
  • Real photos of the showroom, the workshop, finished pieces and the entrance
  • Your products listed on the profile with photos
  • A steady habit of asking customers for reviews and replying to every one

Google has retired the public Q&A on business profiles. Its AI answers about your business now come from your profile, your reviews and your website. If your website says you make custom beds and your profile says nothing, the answer will be thin.

A listing belongs to a place where customers can actually be served. Do not create listings for addresses you do not run. If your workshop and showroom are in different places, each real location needs accurate details of its own. The full process is on our Local SEO page.

PAID SOCIAL

Meta Ads for Furniture That Looks Good.

Furniture sells with pictures. Facebook and Instagram ads suit it better than most trades, because a good photo or a 20 second video can do the first part of the selling.

What tends to work is simple. A finished piece in a lived-in room. A close shot of hand carving. A short clip of a piece going from raw wood to finished. Delivery day, with the customer’s agreement. We pick two or three of these and test them against each other.

Targeting follows the buyer journeys above. One campaign aims at Chiniot and nearby cities. Another aims at Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and other big cities where Chiniot furniture is wanted. People who watched your video or visited your site can be shown a follow-up. The ads open a WhatsApp chat, so the buyer can ask a question straight away. See Meta Ads for how we run them.

PAID SEARCH

Google Ads for Buyers Ready to Order.

Some buyers are not browsing. They type “bed set price” or “dining table in Chiniot” because they want to buy this month. Google Ads puts you in front of them while the search is happening.

We only suggest this once your product pages are ready. Paid clicks sent to a weak page waste money. Start small, on your best-selling categories and the cities closest to you, then widen when the numbers justify it. Ad spend is separate from our fee and goes straight to Google from your own account. The detail is on our Google Ads page.

ENQUIRY QUALITY

WhatsApp and Enquiry Quality.

For most Chiniot furniture sales, WhatsApp is where the deal gets made. That is good. It is also where enquiries get lost.

Set up WhatsApp Business with a first reply that asks what you would ask anyway: which piece, what size, which wood, which city and when it is needed. Add quick replies for delivery, advance payment and lead time. Use labels to mark who is a serious buyer, who needs a quote and who is only asking. A buyer who gets a clear answer on the same day is more likely to stay in the conversation than one who waits two days.

It also stops you spending an hour a day answering “price?” with nothing to go on.

BEYOND PAKISTAN

Reaching Buyers Outside Pakistan.

Overseas Pakistanis and some small overseas buyers look for Chiniot furniture too. English product pages, sizes in both units, honest shipping information and the payment methods you really accept make that possible. Only list what you can actually do. If you do not ship abroad, say so, and say where you do deliver.

REPORTING

How We Measure It.

We count what a furniture owner cares about:

Calls from your Google listing
WhatsApp chats started from your site, ads and profiles
Which product pages get visited
Which cities the enquiries come from
Which enquiries became orders

That last one needs your help. After each sale, ask the buyer where they found you and tell us. Without it we can show enquiries, but not sales. You get a monthly review in plain words: what moved, what did not and what we change next.

We do not promise a ranking, a lead count or a place in an AI answer. Nobody can promise those honestly.

PROOF

We have no published furniture case study yet. When we do, it will go on our case studies page with the client’s permission and real numbers. Until then, message us on WhatsApp and we will explain what we would do in your first month.

Chiniot's growth partner
Do I need a website if I already sell through Facebook and WhatsApp?
Yes, if you want buyers who do not already follow you. Facebook and WhatsApp reach people who know your name. A website with product pages is how Google and AI tools find you when a stranger searches. Keep Facebook and WhatsApp. Add the pages.
How do I show furniture online when everything is made to order?
Show finished past pieces as examples and label them as made to order. List what the buyer can change: size, wood, finish, carving. State your usual lead time. Buyers are comfortable with custom work when the process is clear.
Which should come first, Meta Ads or Google Ads?
It depends on how your buyers behave. If people already search for what you make, start with your Google listing and Google Ads. If your pieces sell on how they look, Meta Ads usually get your work in front of more people. We give you a straight recommendation after looking at your profile and pages.
How long before my Google listing brings more calls?
Fixes to a profile can show results within weeks. How fast depends on your competition, how many real photos you have and how many reviews. We will not give you a date. We will tell you what we changed and what moved.
Can you help a workshop that has no showroom?
Yes. Without a showroom the work centres on product pages, social content, ads and WhatsApp. A workshop that does not receive walk-in customers may not be eligible for a public Google listing at that address. We check what is allowed before we set anything up.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need and how many products you sell. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us about your showroom and we will give you a number in writing. There is no setup fee and no long contract. Ad spend is separate and you pay Google or Meta directly.
Your message opens in WhatsApp — you can edit it there before sending.
